By submitting your film you agree that you own the rights to it and are responsible for the content. By submitting you are granting BHIFF the right to use the name, synopsis and artwork of your film on our website and Facebook page, as well as any promotional material we may create (pamphlets, posters, etc). No refunds will be given whether your film is or isn't selected for the festival or screenings. Any hard copy of your film and promotional material will not be returned.
